Data deletion instructions

Effective October 6, 2026

If you connected your Instagram account to Gr8Vine

1. In Instagram, go to Settings > Apps and websites and remove Gr8Vine. This stops Gr8Vine from accessing your account.
2. Email support@gr8vine.com with the subject "Delete my Gr8Vine data" and your Instagram username.

We will delete your connected account, automations, contacts, and message logs within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you commented on or messaged an account that uses Gr8Vine

Email support@gr8vine.com with your Instagram username and the account you interacted with. We will delete the records Gr8Vine holds about you within 30 days.
